the village of chagrin falls
HOMETOWN CHARM
TIGHT KNIT COMMUNITY
The community takes its name from a series of waterfalls along the Chagrin River, that run through the middle of town. Chagrin Falls was laid out in 1837, and incorporated in 1844 from parts of three townships in two counties. As of the 2010 census, the village population was 4,104. Well-kept historic buildings populate the downtown area from the popcorn shop, the hardware store and the community theater giving the town a feeling of a bygone time. The village is bustling with residents and visitors, walking in the park, riding bikes, shopping in the local shops and enjoying the local fare.
